There are three differenct non-stick coating can be found in the market:

1.PTFE coating ,such as Teflon.It is warterborne coating .Usually it is used on alumninum cookwares,

2.Silicon polyester non-stick coating .It is solventborne non-stick coating ,normally used on carbon steel cookware,

3.Ceramic coating ,it is warerbone inorganic coating .It can be used on both aluminum cookware and carbon steel cookware.

b.Best abrasion resistance ,means longer life of the coaitng

c.PFOS and PFOA FREE

Shortage:  a.It is soft

b.On high temperature more than 400℃,its Pyrolysis will produce splitpoisonous substances

2.Silicon coating

Advantage :a.PTFE，PFOS and PFOA FREE

b.Lower price

Shortage :a.Poorer non-stick performance than PTFE coating

3.Ceramic coating

Advantage:  a.Excellent non-stick performance

b.PTFE，PFOS and PFOA FREE

c.good scratch resistance

d.High hardness

Shortage: a.Ther permanence of the non-stick funciton is shorter than PTFE coating
